El patrón óptimo de fluoresceína muestra un pequeño lago flúor en el centro y un anillo de flúor más grande en la periferia (env. 0,75 mm).
El movimiento vertical debe ser de alrededor de 1 mm. En caso de demasiado movimiento, disminuya ambas curvas centrales traseras (r0fl y r0st) con -0,10 mm.
